The earth has music for those who listen
I love growing stuff. By stuff I mean beautiful flowers, herbs, vegetables. I like to get my hands dirty and create life. Even the little things like baby jalapenos and pretty little lavender plants can bring peace to my spirit and give me even the smallest sense of purpose.
Growing stuff creates abundance and fulfills a need. It brings satisfaction to my soul to watch daily, like a child at the toy store window, life poking up through the earth to bloom and blossom before my eyes. Nature does what it does best and that if just being and living. Face the sun and grow.
When I grow stuff it reminds me of my place in this world. It reminds me that there is a natural balance to life and I am just a small piece of the whole perfect system that is life and it is beautiful.
Nature does not hurry, yet everything is accomplished. – Lao Tzu
Earth and sky, woods and fields, lakes and rivers, the mountain and the sea, are excellent schoolmasters, and teach some of us more than we can ever learn from books. – John Lubbock
Have a beautiful day.
Look deep into nature, and then you will understand everything better. -Albert Einstein
