I made myself another dream/inspirational journal to decorate and put all my ideas and aspirations in. I have dozens of old journals and notebooks from years of dreaming. One of the awesome things I have learned over the years is, if you make a declaration of what you want, speak it into being and actually visualize yourself with an achievement or prize and truly believe that it is yours and that you deserve it, then it will be yours. Whatever we want we can have (within the realm of morality). We just have to visualize what we want out of life and write it down, draw it, collect pictures and make a dream board. Anything can go on this blank clean surface. I could draw whatever I want. I get to choose.
Ask. Believe. Receive. You deserve to have as much as you believe you deserve. This is the law of attraction.
What would be on your blank canvas? What are your dreams and aspirations? Remember, you can put whatever you want on the cover and fill the inside with whatever your heart desires. You can do this at anytime. Start now. Start fresh. Make it however you want it to be.
This is a great idea for encouraging creativity in children and really just about anyone. It is so personal. I just got a regular old composition notebook and used white cardstock to trace out the shape of the front and back cover of the notebook. Then, I used double-sided tape to secure the white paper to the cover and the back of the notebook. Now anyone can design their own journal cover. Personalize it anyway that you want.
You can do this in your life. Design your life the way you want it and start sending positive affirmations to the universe. I started writing down all my goals and dreams in a journal and occasionally I go back to it to reaffirm my desires and to send more positive vibes into the world. I am still amazed sometimes when I look back on my dreams in these journals and some of them have already come into fruition.
Wipe the slate clean (your LIFE) Grab a new blank canvas (Your fresh new start) and design the life of your dreams. What are you waiting for?
